Super!
It is still a nice place to spend a great day at the outdoor pool with children. Clean, friendly staff. The meadow is large enough for everyone to find a nice place to lie down. Table tennis, volleyball and a little table football are also possible. It's a shame though, there is a kiosk that is permanently closed 😢. So you have to look after yourself throughout the day. Nevertheless, I always like to go to Wiedtal-Bad
If you are looking for relaxation in the sauna, when there is usually little activity, this is the right place. Fits.
Plunge pool, various saunas, relaxation area. Fits.
No “golden” handles, but still a nice facility.
Infusion on the hour, fits.
Entrance fee is very moderate. Friendly staff. Unfortunately no bistro (anymore)
Otherwise, highly recommended for a little vacation from everyday life.
Online ticket.
Good, but still has potential. However, advance reservations associated with this are helpful.
My recommendation

Great swimming pool for children. Small, but nice playing opportunities.
The only thing I don't like is the arrangement of the showers. If someone goes into the showers from the pool area, they have a clear view from the pool area to the showers.
We still like to go because it's usually not too crowded and you can run around with the children.
We went to Wiedtalbad for the first time today and I am absolutely thrilled. Due to the bad summer weather, the indoor swimming pool was open. There are a variety of options for children. A baby pool with 2 slides and a changing area that has an extra privacy screen. A second children's pool with a sloping floor and therefore suitable for children from toddlers to schoolchildren has a large slide. There is also the classic swimmer's pool with a non-swimmer area and a height-adjustable floor.
The staff was super friendly and even brought toys for the children without asking (large tires, beach balls, small boats). The seahorse courses that took place were also very lovingly designed with a lot of incentive and positive motivation.
The bathroom is a bit old, which is particularly noticeable in the tiles, sanitary facilities and changing rooms. The fair admission prices and the friendly staff definitely make up for it. We had a lot of fun and will definitely come back.
Very nice, small, somewhat outdated but clean outdoor pool near Waldbreitbach. Friendly staff and a very good online booking system are worth highlighting. The outdoor pool also has beautiful, old, large trees on the lawn that provide plenty of shade.
I think it's a shame that the lanes in the sports pool are not marked and that the restaurant is unfortunately permanently closed.
Nevertheless, a visit is definitely recommended!
“Our” bathroom on site. Certainly outdated, but sufficient for 1-2 hours of splashing around with the children. No adventure pool!
